1- Are there additional fees when delivering my order?
If the value of your order exceeds 199 riyals and less than 499 riyals, delivery is free via the Red Box service
(All you have to do is collect your order from the nearest Red Box smart locker to the place of your order)
If the value of your order exceeds 499 riyals, delivery is free via SMSA
(And you will receive your order at the door of the house or office)

Free delivery does not include cash on delivery orders.
2- What is the difference between the payment fee upon receipt and the shipping fee?
We in the world of Givenchy strive to provide the best possible services and increase the options offered to our customers, so we provide the payment service upon receipt, which entails some additional costs by the shipping company, which are the fees for the payment method upon receipt?
SMSA company fees are 30 riyals
Redbox company fee is 20 riyals
You can also bypass the payment on receipt fee through the prepaid service through credit card, Apple Pay, Tamara or Tappy.
The payment service upon receipt is available through SMSA, Red Box and the store representative only.
3- What are the delivery fees that the customer has to pay?
If the value of your order is less than 199 riyals, after using the discount code, delivery fees will be added:
The value of 12 riyals through Red Box
The value of 24 riyals through SMSA
The value of 24 riyals via Aramex to a place across the Kingdom.
We also remind our valued customers that the minimum purchase value from Givenchy World is 149 riyals.
3- How long does it take for the order to arrive?
It usually takes 3 to 5 working days to deliver the order within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, excluding official holidays, depending on the distance of the customer’s location.
4- How can I track my order?
When the order is shipped with the shipping company, you will be provided with the shipment number via your e-mail, and a text message will be sent to your mobile phone.
